General Factota needed development support across the whole business mix, including raising awareness and raising its profile within key markets, refining existing customer communications, product sourcing and P&L management.
We reviewed and audited business processes and communications in order to build a bespoke strategy that would support management and growth plans. We designed branded communication and integrated efficient processes and platforms to assist with the day-to-day management.
We worked with key stakeholders in the business to nurture trade accounts, building the profile and ensuring that everything we did was fully integrated with the work of their internal team.
Profitability has increased with project time tracking, each team member working to their strengths, and management no longer need to spend hours handling administration. We introduced Xero Accounting, which means they know they will be year end ready, with invoices and bills that are company branded, showing prompt and clear communication with both clients and suppliers.
