The Brief

Louise has created a stunning interior design business and CMResource was called in to move the business forward with a more targeted web offering, a review of social media platforms and to provide branded business documentation.



The Action

We reviewed and audited business processes and communications in order to build a bespoke strategy that would support growth plans and business direction. We designed branded documentation to ease day-to-day client communication.

We also worked together to create a clear business message and call to action for clients, clarifying key and add on services that are financial wins for the business along with a review of design pricing features.


The Results

Providing a confident message across all platforms of communication ensuring existing and future clients are engaged with Louise's unique ability to create timeless designs and telling her story and passion, colour and textiles.
