The Challenge

Stage One Interiors initially approached CMResource to support Xero Accounting bid and quotation presentation, to improve data sharing and help develop the brand.
 

The Action

We reviewed and audited current processes and revised control of costs, P&L, FF&E management and data access and storage to improve productivity, profitability and team working.
 

 

The Results

Profitability has increased, while time tracking is streamlining our internal and external processes and cloud based systems ensure whole team visibility of relevant business areas.
